At Occa Pro Garden, we carefully pack and ship premium gardening tools, including ARS Japanese garden tools, to customers across Australia.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During busy periods, promotions, or unexpected delays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Australia.

At this stage, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99 AUD within Australia.

For orders under $99 AUD, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order size, weight, and selected shipping method.

Express shipping may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

Free shipping applies to standard shipping only and may not apply to express shipping, bulky items, remote areas, or special delivery services unless otherwise stated.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are generally:

Sydney metro: 1–3 business days
NSW regional: 2–5 business days
Other Australian states: 3–8 business days
Remote areas: Delivery may take longer

These timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on Australia Post, courier services, weather, public holidays, peak periods, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, where available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

Occa Pro Garden is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at:

Please include your order number and any relevant photos if the parcel or product arrived damaged.

We will work with you and the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

Safe Delivery of Sharp Tools

Some of our products are sharp professional garden tools, such as secateurs, pruning saws, loppers, and hedge shears.

We take care to package these items safely and securely for transport. Please take care when opening your parcel and handling your tools.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is currently not available, unless otherwise stated on our website.
